Shipping Policy

We ship across India and aim to provide safe and timely delivery for all orders.

Order Processing

- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- During sales, festivals, or high-order periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly delayed.

Shipping & Delivery

- Estimated delivery time is usually 4–10 business days depending on customer location and courier availability.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

COD Orders

- Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available on selected pin codes only.

- For high-value or suspicious orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Tracking

- Once shipped, customers will receive order tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).

Failed Delivery

- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package

- Customers are advised to record an opening video while unpacking the order.

- Any damaged or missing item issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/video proof.
