- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Opening video and clear product photos are mandatory for any damage/wrong item claim.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Due to hygiene and personal use reasons, earrings and jewellery items used by customers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or special offer products are non-returnable.
- In locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the return product.
- Return/exchange approval will be subject to product inspection.
- Refunds will be processed only after successful quality check of the returned item.
- Exchange is allowed only for size issue, wrong product, or damaged item (if applicable and stock available).
Important Notes
- Minor color variation due to lighting/mobile display will not be considered a defect.
- Slight design or finishing variations in handmade/artificial jewellery may occur.
- Return requests raised after the return period will not be accepted.
